The Dance for Joy studio has been in operation for 11 years now and we have trained social, Wedding and competitive couples and singles. Our competitors have achieved great results and some is also regional and provincial champions.

Wedding Dance Lessons

Our speciality is Wedding couples. It does not matter if you are a beginner or an intermediate dance. Bring along the music of your choice that you want to do you opening dance on and we can choreograph a beautiful dance routine for you. All lessons are private and not group based.

Ballroom Dance Lessons

All the ballroom dances are graceful dances and it teaches you intimate and close hold with your partner. Our lessons are based on private sessions, thus if you are shy then we can help you build confidence in dancing with your partner in an closed hold.

Latin American Dance Lessons

Latin American dancing is an amazing creative outlet! Not only does it allow you to move your hips at ease to the beat of the music- it also allows you to release your emotions and thoughts through those artistic moves. We can teach you all the sassy dances from the Samba to the Jive.

Line Dance Lessons

No need for a Partner. You can strut your stuff by yourself on the dance floor. We teach World Dance Masters styles. Dances includes Country Cha Cha Cha, Nightclub, Waltz, Polka, West Coast Swing and East Coast Swing. Show your groove!

Group Dance Lessons

Group Dance Lessons stems out of our private lessons. These sessions gives all our students the space and time as to practice their steps and choreography. Groups are small and thus you have the freedom to move about and be yourself.

Primary School Dance Lessons

Children loves movement through music, and we have a developed course for all ages in primary school. We have over 10 years experience of choreographing for primary school concerts or productions.
